Using our collection pages
Images may illustrate proposed design concepts. They do not establish current stock, stone certification, exact dimensions, final materials, weight or a price. Those details are confirmed for the particular piece during consultation.
Consultations and quotations
A design enquiry is a request for discussion. Availability, feasibility, materials, dimensions, price and any timing are agreed separately; sending an enquiry alone does not place an order.
Custom design references
Send references you have the right to share. Tell us which details you want to retain so construction and setting options can be discussed before a specification is agreed.
Payments and sale terms
Confirm any deposit, payment schedule, collection or delivery arrangements and applicable cancellation, return or alteration terms for the particular sale before paying. This page does not create a universal returns period.
Silver and online accounts
The silver section is being prepared for verified inventory. A product will carry its own information when it becomes available to purchase. Cart, checkout and account links are system pages, and their availability depends on store setup.
Care and appearance
Photographs and screens can represent colours and scale differently. Follow care advice appropriate to the final materials, stones and settings, and ask if anything is uncertain.
